Once upon a time I didn’t have any Vera Bradley purses. Today, I have five, and four of them are from two of their Harry Potter lines. 

It’s now October so it doesn’t surprise me at all that I’m starting to see Halloween themed mini backpacks everywhere that I go. I’ve seen five in the past week alone, which is what I’m going to share in this post. So if you are a fan of not-so-spooky bags then keep reading!

Last week I flew out of town to a Harry Potter event that had hundreds of like-minded fans. It wasn’t my intention to show off my Vera Bradley bags but that’s exactly what I ended up doing.

I want to write about something that you might not have thought about before in regards to your fandom purses, something known as design placement.

Today is the day that Vera Bradley released their newest addition to their Harry Potter line. It’s called Forbidden Forest and it’s gorgeous!

Two days ago I was lucky enough to go to Disney’s EPCOT where I had the opportunity to preview the new Ratatouille ride, which as of this writing isn’t officially open yet. The ride was incredibly well done and I was able to ride it three times.

My lack of creativity means that my fandom bags are kept on shelves in my closet, so I’ve been wondering about more visually appealing ways to display them. Perhaps the most obvious methods is to use hooks, and what you will see here are ways that some people are doing exactly that in their homes.

I enjoy keeping an eye out for fandom bags but I especially love it when I see any inspired by Harry Potter so I was delighted to see the Loungefly Hogwarts castle mini backpack.

How adorable is this? I was wandering around recently when I saw someone with a Baby Yoda in a carrier backpack! Just looking at this picture makes me smile.

The other day I was out and about and saw a woman walk by who was wearing the Loungefly chibi Beetlejuice bag.

A woman who I know shared with me these pictures of her Disney World crossbody bag. It’s lovely and something I’ve not seen before.
